We do not offer refunds unless the item you received is faulty. However, we will happily arrange an exchange or credit note for change of mind or change of size purchases within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com.
Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. For exchanges and change of mind credit notes, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping to return the product.
Damages and Issues
In the event the item you received is faulty or not the correct item you ordered, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
